One Chapter Closes

In the first week of July we said goodbye to our first home.  We sold it to a young couple.  For the most part it went smoothly, but I'm sure just like anything else we did have our little hiccups.  You live, you learn, so for the next time we will be a little smarter.  We only lost 4,000 from what we were asking for.  Our first realitor was CRAZY so we fired her and got a new one.  He was a little weird but did a good job.  We probably will never go with that company ever again.  Well at least we say that now but you never know.  Anyways we are in a small two bedroom apartment for the time being while our other house is being built.  It's moving right a long, but Baine reminds us every few days that he doesn't like this little apartment.  Haha!  First world problems, right?!

We are now using a laundry mat.  We go out to Lewiston and use my family's washers and dryers when we can but we also get to use these lovely things.

We have a little park here at the apartments.  That's probably the one and only thing Baine is okay with here.

We broke ground on our new place on July 1st.

I sure miss this house.  It was a beautiful starter home and we loved our neighbors.  It is hard driving passed and not being able to go home.  Like so many things you don't realize how wonderful you had it until it's gone.  It's a bit depressing.  I know we will be moving on to our new house soon but this was our FIRST home so it's hard that way.

End of June

Traylen's Birthday party.  Only Baine went for a little while.  We were trying to move that day.

Baine's little bike broke only a week or two after he learned to ride with no training wheels.  So we bought a hand me down.  He loves it because it's bigger so there for can go faster.

Tayla and Quincee getting aquainted.  Tayla usually doesn't have that stink eye that she has here but I don't know what was going on.

Franklin has a celebration called Idaho Days.  It's pretty much like anywhere else in the valley.  Venders and things for the kids to do.  There's a parade and a cookout.

Baine wanted to jump off this thing and he wanted to go off of the highest part.  He wouldn't ever do it though and once they came down he'd ask to try and go again.  Brady paid for him to go about 5 times and finally said he was done paying since Baine wouldn't ever actually go off of the top.  That kid has more courage than me that's for sure.

Quincee loved this Iron Man for a short while.  That was always the toy that we could make her happy with.

First Flu of the Season

Baine is such a champ when he gets sick.  He got sick from my neighbor Jodie.  Our kids were playing one day and she came down to visit, started to not feel good so she went home and a day later Baine and Quincee were sick.  Baine was vomiting and Quince just had the squirts.  Baine started throwing up at my mom's house so we came home and as we were pulling in the driveway he started up chucking again!  We got him in the house and Brady is such a pansy with throw up so I got nominated to clean the car.  As I was outside cleaning my other neighbor Sheena pulled in and quickly ripped her son Deegan out of her car and took him outside and he was throwing up!  Baine must of passed it to Deegan the day before when they were playing.  I don't remember this much sickness growing up but it seems to get worse and worse by the year.

Random Pictures

These were taken around the first part of June.  I've been really slacking with updating this blog dangit!!  So these are just some random pictures that I took.

Here are the kids just laying on the tramp.  I thought it was cute.

Went up High Creek and made tin foil dinners.

Here is a video of Quincee when she was first using the walker.

June 4th

This little man and his bff learned how to ride their bikes without training wheels!!!  I can't believe how fast it all happened.  We rode on the grass for a little bit, he could feel he was a little unsteady but we kept at it and not very long after he was riding like a pro.  That same night he was so MAD that Brady was faster than him on the 4wheeler.  I tell you, I never thought, 1 year ago, that this boy would have a need for speed, but he does.  So proud of him!
