I love flowers!!  I love having them in the house.  I think it brightens everything.  Moods, rooms, days......
I made the mistake once of telling Brady that I hated wasting money on flowers.  Whoops!  Man it was a loooonnnngggg time before I got any again.   What I meant was I hate him wasting money on flowers on Valentines Day.  Good thing I finally got that taken care of.  :)

Easter Bobka Style

Easter Sunday we had Brady's family come over for dinner.  It was a lot of fun!  We played outside.  We played the kinect sports.  (Thanks to my Mom)  Watched a little basketball (somebody please come steal my t.v.'s during football and basketball season)  Ate yummy food and lounged.  My kind of day!

Baine is loving the outdoors.  Every time we go out he acts like we never get out of the house.  I swear we do.  Aunt Stacey gave him the ball.  He thought that was pretty cool.  I love the bottom right picture.  Look at those legs!!!

Brady does this thing with Baine that they hold hands and Brady swings him in circles in the walker.  Baine loves it!  He's running out of shoes though.  I had to throw away two pairs this weekend because they burn holes in them from Baine dragging his feet.

Ronin is such a sweetie.  He is so nice and very good with Baine.  He usually doesn't want much to do with Baine, (I think it's because Baine is too boring for him) but when he does play with Baine he is so good with him.  Stacey bought Ronin a  kite and he was loving it!  I don't know who loved it more though, Ronin or Matt.

Baine even got a chance to fly the kite.

So cute!  I know I'm good!  (I copied my friend.  Thanks Ang!)

New Wheels

Baine got himself a new ride. (thanks to Molly for outgrowing it)  He loves it!  Especially when someone is behind pushing him.

9 Months

Baine's 9 month b-day was on Tuesday.  Things he's doing

  • Rolling over one way.  I know so we're a little behind.  He started doing this at 8 months.  Brady was teaching him and within 1 minute, literally, he was a pro!  Now Brady just needs to teach him how to crawl.  :)  This is why stay at home Dads can be a good thing.
  • Walking all over the furniture.  He mastered this one pretty fast.  As soon as he figured out he could go right and not to the left all the time.  He'll get to where he needs to go.  He'll go from the coffee table to the couch, round the couch and go the the edge by the kitchen and yell for me.  Or scream.  Whichever gets him what he wants.
  • Says Dada.  I don't think he really associates dada with dad but he's starting to babble so that's a good sign hopefully.
He's starting to get pickier and pickier about his food.  He just wants to eat what we're eating.  So I try not to feed him with us when I'm getting him to eat something new.  Because if I do he'll clamp his mouth shut TIGHT when I'm feeding him his baby food and when I go to take a bite of mine he'll open his mouth WIDE.  Funny little kids.

When Brady has him and he'll say "go to your momma" I'll put my hands out and he'll just turn his head and hold Brady tighter.  I think I kiss him too much.  That's probably why.  (oh here's my crazy mom coming in for more kisses)

He's teething right now again.  It's been hell.  He's had a fever in the 100's since Saturday and it's now Thursday.  His little gums look like blisters.  I called the Dr.'s office yesterday to see if I should bring him in and make sure that's the only thing going on.  I feel so bad for him.  (and me)  Hopefully those teeth poke through because if they go back up I'm going to be ticked!

Brady's Birthday and Easter before Easter

Annual Tarbet Easter egg hunt!  Baine's first time.  He even got $8 from his eggs.  Big winner!  Now I just need to get his account open so me and Brady don't spend it!

This wonderful man is the big 32 this year.  We didn't do much for his birthday because he mostly had to sleep. I'm grateful everyday that I married him.  He's a awesome father and husband.  Hopefully next year will be more eventful.  I love birthdays!

How can you be mad at that face???
Yes Baine wanted to ride the 4-wheeler but Molly wasn't having it.  She wanted it and thought that he was stealing it from her.  She was trying to tell anyone that would listen to her.

 Good thing they made up.

All puckered out.

Grandpa was walking Baine around by the hands and Molly wanted in on the action.

 Yup favorite Aunt right here!

Bo, just chillin during all the commotion.  He is seriously the most relaxed baby ever!
 Hold on to him Molly!
 Mom really?!?
Don't worry Bryn will show you how to hold on!
Good catch Bryn!

OOPS

I wanted to make cinnamon rolls and I didn't know how so Brady was helping.  Apparently he doesn't know either!  :)

Bad Mothering

I was doing my Mom and Kara's hair and Baine was in his little walker upstairs and the whole time I had been paying attention to my cords, making sure he wouldn't walk over to them and give them a tug.  Well I was washing my Mom's hair and left my Chi iron on and sure enough Baine gave it a tug.  Here's his battle wounds.

Pictures Of Lately

 Eating his treats!

Hanging out with Kamry.  He was grabbing her and talking to her.  It was fun to watch.

Went to the park yesterday with Kamry and LeeAnn.  They were loving the swings.  I should of got a picture of both of them.  It was so so fun!  Such a nice day.  I'm ready for summer.
