Babysitting

We've been babysitting a lot lately.  It's been kind of a crazy experience.  I'm pretty sure I scared Ronin and Baine one night in my car when I slammed on my breaks and started the full force mom yell!  Yup that's right I did lose my cool.  They both fell completely silent and the rest of the ride was good.  I might have to yell a little more often with Baine!  :)  Just kidding I'm trying to raise him in a calm manner.  We'll see.....

This one was taken on a four-wheeler ride.  They loved it and Ro was pretty interested in the cows.

Cute Pictures

I wonder how long this will last.

Hanging Out

We've been hanging out with the McKnight's lately.  We also done a little babysitting.  Baine loves going over there and knows right where they live so if I drive past their road he's a ticked little boy.

At The Park

We started taking advantage of the good weather pretty early in the spring.  Baine loves the park but he all of the sudden got a little scared of the slides.  It might of been because I took him down some pretty steep ones that he flew down.  He's starting to like them again but it takes some coaxing.

Boys Will Be Boys........

but this was an accident.  It was a hilarious accident!!  Baine was bending down by some mud, and I'm not sure what he was trying to pick up but he bent over to far and fell right in!  He was pretty ticked and he knew he was dirty.  He kept saying "tub, tub."  I'm a mean mom and I had to get pictures first.  For his reward he got to have some of my "peps".

Hide N Seek

Baine loves to "hi".  He gets so excited that he can't stay quiet.  I likes to go upstairs to 'take care of business' so I usually end up going to find him to get his diaper changed but now he thinks it's a game.   Look at his clothes in the picture.  Yes my 21 month old throws massive fits when he doesn't get to choose his own clothes.

He has a little left over BBQ sauce on his face.  Whoops.

Have I said lately the I think Baine is a genius?  Well I know he is my first but this kid knows a lot of his colors.  He has known pink and blue for a few months now and would get his green, red, yellow and oranges mixed up but it's official.  As of last week he knows his colors!  It's amazing how much kids will just pick up on.  I feel like we teach him stuff but I haven't just sat down and tried teaching him his colors.  He mostly just picked up on it.  What a smart boy he is!
